The Starbucks world of Ready To Drink brings consumers together, but how could the iconic brand stand out in the highly competitive digital landscape of Ready To Drink products? Starbucks’ RTD range has a unique way of celebrating each moment of the day with a dedicated deliciously refreshing drink, facilitating decision making. Through the emotion of motion and tailored Lift-up moments, the new website builds an ongoing relationship through increased relevance, ultimately driving purchase.

I led this project end to end, using a blend of waterfall and lean methodology, managing a team of digital strategists, UX and UI designers, lead developers, and establishing key review touchpoints with the end-development team to build the new experience. As ever, I was also in charge of financial and client reporting as well as resourcing.
With a change of client-side project ownership mid-project and the necessity to collaborate with multiple teams and partners, from brand strategy, to marketing through content production and motion, we delivered an experience that was to become the starting point of an ongoing collaboration for the production and launch of digital campaigns and new digital products releases.
